If you already possess a login for your association's website, you may utilize the same email address and password to access the App. Should you lack an existing login for your association site, simply click on the register button and provide your details. Upon approval of your registration, an email containing a link to set your password will be dispatched, enabling direct access to your account via the application.

For existing users who have forgotten their password, clicking the "Forgot Password" link allows for password reset by inputting their email address. An email with a password reset link will then be sent. Subsequently, by using their email address and the new password, individuals can log in accordingly.

Upon successful login, Homeowners are granted immediate access to a range of features within the application:

• Easily switch between accounts in case of multiple property ownership
• View the Homeowner Dashboard
• Access Association Documents
• Visit the Contact Us Page
• Facilitate payment of Assessments
• Access and provide comments and images for Violations submissions directly from a mobile device
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Requests with image attachments taken via mobile
• View the Homeowner Ledger
• Submit Work Orders and track their progress with options for comments and image uploads from a mobile device

Board Members are afforded additional features for utilization:

• Access assigned Board Tasks
• Review ACC submissions
• View Board-related Documents
• Review Violations reports
